Strongly Recommend You Stay in Peaceful Saigon House!!
Service : Ann was so kind!! She answered me very quickly and she even put another mattress for me and my friend cause we were staying for a month. The cleaning lady cleaned it twice a week and made up bed for us which made us feel like we are in a new room everyday. Location : It was very close to the walking street which was the tourist spot and it was also close to the working place which was near the post office. Within 20 minites of walk, I could get almost everywhere. And right next to our house there was a convenience store. Room : I did not have much chance to cook but the kitchen was well equipped and it was big. The bed was comfortable and there are windows which are neccessary for the long time stayer.
Of course as most of the Vietnam houses do, there was no elevator and there were small ants nearby the kitchen. There is no shower handle (?) so you cannot move the water freely. Oh! At first it was a bit hard to find it because the house was hidden behind a green door.

Great location tucked into an alley off a main street with lots of food and shops nearby. The room is very clean with sheets changed daily, modern and new facilities, good wifi connection, comfortable mattress, nice big windows, and very friendly and helpful owner. Thank you!
There's only a low desk with no chair to do work from. Not big problems for me, but may be for others. Also, there's a bit of noise from a distant club at night, not too bad, but noticeable in the evening.

The fact that I like this place so much that I booked to...
The fact that I like this place so much that I booked to stay here the second time just after a few days travelling to Da Lat. The house is lovely with a mix of modern and traditional Vietnamese house design. The room is clean and well equipped, you will find everything you need even for sort or long term stay. The host is friendly and helpful. There is a house keeper staying there in case you need any help. It locates right in the centre, easily access to most of tourist spots around the city. Definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend to everyone!
